In Meeting Attended by Hojjat al-Islam Navvab It Was Said 82 Hajj Performance Inspection Reports Presented to Head of Iranian Pilgrims in Mecca

A group of colleagues from the Supreme Leader’s Mission Inspection Management met with Hojjat al-Islam Seyed Abdolfattah Navvab, the Supreme Leader’s Representative for Hajj and Pilgrimage Affairs and Head of Iranian Pilgrims, in the meeting room of the Balad al-Tayyib Hotel in Mecca, and presented a report on the process of their inspections during the Hajj operations.
In this meeting, which was held after the end of the days of Tashreeq and the performance of Hajj rituals by Iranian pilgrims, Hojjat al-Islam Navvab, while appreciating the efforts of the director and inspection staff, as well as the honorary inspectors of the caravans, emphasized, "We have always tried to be an assistant and helper of the group and act as an honest mirror; therefore, both strengths and shortcomings and weaknesses must be taken into account."
The head of Iranian pilgrims, appreciating the reports of the inspection management in the past weeks, which included statements of strengths, areas for improvement, and weaknesses, added: Appreciation of positive performances will motivate others to perform their duties better.
In this meeting, Mr. Hossein Esmaili, Director of the Supreme Leader's Mission's Inspection, presented a comprehensive report outlining the strengths and weaknesses of Hajj 1404 and explaining the supervisory measures taken, and stated: "During these days, 82 inspection reports have been prepared and sent to the Honorable Representative of the Supreme Leader for Hajj and Pilgrimage Affairs and the Supervisor of Iranian Pilgrims."
Referring to the field monitoring of problems and their rapid transfer to the relevant authorities for immediate resolution, he appreciated the efforts of managers, especially the head of the Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization, to be present in the field and resolve the problems on the scene.
In another part of his speech, Esmaili referred to the root causes of some problems as well as some shortcomings made by a number of host companies in carrying out their assigned duties, and presented solutions to resolve these issues in the upcoming Hajj.
